AIR PRE HEATER
Air Pre heaters (APH) are the Shell and tube type heat exchanger used for preheating the air which is fed to the boiler or furnaces for combustion of fuels. The Air Pre heater’s primary objective is to extract the waste heat from the flue gases leaving the boiler. The main function of an air pre heater is to increase the thermal efficiency of a boiler by preheating the combustion air using waste heat from the flue gases. This process improves combustion rates, combustion efficiency, and overall boiler efficiency.
ECONOMIZER
The flue gas from the boilers of industrial boilers or processes has a large amount of thermal energy. Economizers use this energy in the flue gas to save energy by increasing the temperature of the water used in the boiler or anywhere in the business. Depending on the boiler flue gas outlet temperature and the fuel type, the efficiency of the boiler or plant is increased between 3% and 8,5%.
ID & FD FANS
Draft system is required for basically two purpose for providing the required quantity of hot air to furnace for smooth combustion of fuel and secondly for removing the flue gases from system. ID fan will produce the negative pressure in the furnace to remove the flue gases from furnace. Forced draft fan (FD Fan) is used basically for providing the required quantity of hot air to the furnace for smooth and uniform combustion of fuel. FD fan will produce the positive pressure inside the system.
BOILER GEAR DRIVES
Orica Engineering Pvt. Limited offers all types of imported gear drives and drive mechanisms for chain grate fired steam boilers, These drives included gear drives for main stoker, ash conveyor, hoisting machine and feeding conveyors equipped with electromagnetic speed regulating motor and controller. The gears in the drives are all subjected to carburizing and quenching, grinding and other processes, and the load carrying capacity is increased. At the same time light weight, low noise, high efficiency and high reliability.
BOILER CHAIN GRATE PARTS
We import and provide with premium quality boiler spare parts for chain grate stoker imported by us directly from China. These chain grate stoker parts are made with special casting process specially done for high temperature tolerances, Hence are of very high quality and offer strong suitability in combustion and reasonable air distribution for combustion and quick fire starting.
